Two seconds of amp feedback, Ryker counts it in, and Damien hits the album's first riff. The title track tells anyone who finished The Crimson Covenant that Blood Eternal just entered a new era: harder, more direct, and dangerous in a way that has nothing to do with fangs.
Blood Eternal III
Deadly Beautiful
The third Blood Eternal album steps out of the saga and into a straight-up hard rock record. Ten songs that stand on their own: bigger riffs from Damien, Lucien's bass up front, Ryker driving the songs instead of just holding them up, and more swagger from Raven than ever. The gothic edge is still there. It just isn't the whole show.

The Track List
No saga this time. Each song stands on its own. Press play for a short preview of each track.
Fast, nasty hard rock about betrayal. The point isn't revenge. By the end, the person who crossed Raven isn't important enough to hate. Two words close it out: "We're done."
Love Me Like You Hate Me
Dangerous Attraction · Close Quarters
Not a ballad. A dark, heavy groove about a destructive relationship, built on Lucien's bass, with Damien circling around it until the chorus blows the doors open. The tension does the work; the lyrics don't have to.
Devil in High Heels
Swagger · Black Stone & Candlelight
Swaggering, wicked, dirty guitar rock, with the gothic organ and a distant cathedral bell back for one night. The "devil" is attitude, not a costume. Say your prayers. Too late.
Bulletproof Heart
Vulnerability · Behind the Armor
The big emotional arena-rock song. Raven spent years building armor that could survive betrayal, loss and everything else. Then someone got through. "I had a bulletproof heart, until you."
Hell to Pay
Consequences · Raven & Ryker
The album gets heavier, and Ryker takes over. His drums drive the song, and for the first time he trades vocals with Raven. No devil waiting, no judgment day: someone built their own hell, and now they have to live in it.
Pretty Little Nightmare
Playful Menace · Under the Streetlight
Gothic horror with a wicked sense of humor. Creepy, seductive, a little twisted, and very catchy, with Lucien's stalking bass line leading the way in.
Bite the Hand
Independence · Raw Four-Piece
Control dressed up as generosity. Someone opened a door for Raven and decided that meant they owned her. They didn't. "I'll bite the hand if the hand becomes a fist." Gratitude ends where control begins.
One Last Sin
Temptation · Candlelight & Moonlight
The album's deepest return to classic Blood Eternal atmosphere: slow-burning, heavy, sensual and tragic. Two people who know it's over choose one final night anyway. "Don't give me heaven. Give me one last sin."
Raise the Dead
Defiance · The Final Encore
The closer, and the whole album in one song. The "dead" are the people who've been beaten down, counted out and told their best days are behind them. If you're breathing, you ain't finished yet.
